As much as I love wearing flip flops... today is NOT the day! it has been pouring now for a couple hours straight. And EVERY where is flooded. even steps... Just walking from one building to another, my feet, flip flops, and pants are soaked!
I am sure all the new blooming flowers are happy to get a drink... but it is wild out!
It is nice being all done with my field observation hours... Do not have to worry about them anymore, and now I can stay here on the weekends more!
I work in the admissions office, and every couple Saturday's there are events such as Open House's and Accepted student days that we can work at. They are a lot of fun, you meet so many new people. All of the incoming freshmen and their families are so nice and friendly! They love getting help and tours from the students at Caldwell. So, there is one this Saturday that I am very excited I can work at because I will not be home for once! Hope the weather is nicer than today!!!
flip flops are definately not the right choice for today! lol i wore them too :( and whenever i walk it flicks up dirty water onto the back of my pants..not that it matters much in all this pouring rain anwayy. Good luck getting back to the dorms!
